What is the meaning of pathological tube type

Pathological tubular pattern is a pathological type of tubular urine, which refers to the presence of coagulated cylindrical aggregates in the urine due to various diseases. These aggregates may be protein fragments, cellular fragments, or bacterial fragments. The common pathological tubular patterns are leukocyte tubular, red blood cell tubular, fatty tubular, and bacterial tubular. The leukocytic tubular pattern is usually seen in diseases such as pyelonephritis, mainly due to the presence of a large number of exuding leukocytes within it. Erythrocyte tubular pattern indicates bleeding in the kidney and is mainly seen in glomerulonephritis, which contains a large number of red blood cells. Fatty tubular pattern is seen in diseases such as nephrotic syndrome, which contains a large number of fatty glomeruli. Bacterial tubular pattern is seen in infectious diseases, such as acute pyelonephritis and renal cortical abscess, which contain large amounts of necrotic material such as bacteria and fungi.
