How can breast lesions be detected early?

As a preventive method for breast lesions, we recommend the following (with reference to the U.S. recommended guidelines): 1. 20-39 years old: monthly breast self-examination (to detect problems and seek medical attention in time, as statistics show that the incidence of breast cancer is getting younger); clinical breast examination every 3 years; basic mammogram at 35-39 years old (women younger than 35 years old should not undergo this examination, but mainly mammography). 2. 40-49 years old Monthly breast self-examinations (to detect problems and seek medical attention in time); annual clinical breast examinations; mammograms every 1-2 years (currently mammograms are the main focus). Third, over 50 years old, monthly breast self-examination (to detect problems and seek medical attention); monthly clinical breast examination; annual mammogram. In our clinical work, we have come across some patients who come to the doctor with large breast lumps, or even lesions that have accumulated on the skin of the breast or nipple, before the patient comes to the doctor, which also suggests that many of our female patients are not sufficiently aware of how to detect breast lesions early and recognize the severity of breast lesions. The above methods are introduced here in the hope that women who see them, as well as your friends around you, will have regular checkups to care for their breasts and stay away from breast diseases.
