Breast cancer screening methods

1.Mammography Mammography is a non-invasive method. The Siemens-ElemaAB mammography machine is simple and easy to operate, and its mammograms are clear, rich in layers and informative, which is of great significance for screening breast diseases, especially early breast cancer. Using KJ-1002 breast diagnostic instrument of Hengkang Weiye, infrared light is used to scan breast tissue, and the image is taken by special infrared CCD camera and processed by computer to display various lesions of breast tissue on the screen, and different tissue changes present various images, and various breast diseases are diagnosed according to the different grayscale of the image and the relationship between the changes of blood vessels and grayscale. In clinical practice, it provides accurate basis for doctors to diagnose various breast diseases, especially for the early detection of breast cancer, which is recognized as the most effective means. 3.Biopsy method Mass excision: The whole mass or suspicious tissue in the breast is excised for pathological examination. Excisional biopsy: A portion of tissue is excised from the lump or suspicious tissue for examination. Fine needle aspiration: A very fine needle is used to extract some tissue and cells from the lump, suspicious tissue or fluid collection for examination. Other, such as nipple overflow can be done for nipple overflow smear cytology, nipple erosion part scraping or print cytology examination. 4.Estrogen and progesterone receptor measurement After breast tumor removal, estrogen and progesterone receptor levels in the tumor should be measured. If the receptor level is high, it means the tumor is more sensitive and effective to endocrine therapy such as triamcinolone. 5.Ultrasound imaging Ultrasound imaging is non-invasive and generally ultrasound is used as the first examination method for mammary gland hyperplasia examination, which is simple, accurate and can be used repeatedly. 6.Mammary duct endoscopy Breast duct endoscopy can observe the epithelium and duct lumen of the breast ducts of patients with nipple overflow under direct vision, which greatly improves the accuracy of the diagnosis of the cause of nipple overflow patients and provides great help to the surgical treatment by accurately locating the diseased ducts. Endoscopic examination of breast ducts is helpful for the early detection of intraductal carcinoma with nipple overflow, especially in patients with intraductal carcinoma without calcified foci on mammography, showing unique superiority, etc.
