How to identify common breast lumps

  About 80% of the patients seen in the mammography clinic have lumps in their breasts, and the following three categories are common: 1. Acute mastitis: mostly occurs during lactation, painful lumps with fever and chills. 2.  2, plasmacytoid mastitis: occurs in non-lactating women, most patients have congenital nipple indentation, early manifestations of nipple overflow, lumps mostly in the areola, with pain.  Second, benign lumps 1, mastopathy: multiple lumps, premenstrual enlargement, postmenstrual reduction, with breast pain.  2, breast fibroadenoma: lumps are round, painless, smooth surface, good mobility, clear border.  3.Cumulative breast cyst: mostly found after weaning, the lump is cystic to touch and has good mobility.  4.Intraductal papilloma of the breast: the nipple is overflowing with blood, and a small lump is palpated under the areola or near the areola.  5.Mastoma of the breast: the lump is mostly solitary, painless, slow-growing, soft in texture, or cystic in nature.  6.Lipoma of the breast: the lump is solitary, painless, soft to touch, and has good mobility.  7.Simple breast cyst: the lump is fast growing, smooth surface, good mobility, with breast pain.  3.Malignant lump Breast cancer: painless lump, hard texture, poor mobility, some with nipple elevation or invagination, some with bloody nipple overflow.
