Postmenopausal urine wiping with light blood is not necessarily cancer.
Small amount of bleeding after menopause is a relatively common phenomenon in clinic, and there are many reasons for this phenomenon, including benign lesions, such as senile vaginitis, endometritis, endometrial polyp, etc.; and malignant lesions, such as endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, malignant tumors of ovary, and primary fallopian tube cancer.
It is recommended to go to the hospital for relevant examinations, such as gynecological internal examination, ultrasound, cervical screening, etc., to clarify the situation when there is postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. When cervical lesions are suspected, cervical cancer screening or colposcopy and cervical biopsy can be performed. When endometriosis is suspected, hysteroscopy and diagnostic curettage can be done.
It is recommended not to worry too much and actively cooperate with the doctor’s examination and treatment.
