What are the signs of a spinal cord hemi-transverse injury?

Spinal cord hemi-transverse injury is usually caused by an obvious external injury, or by the presence of a spinal cord tumor, intra-spinal cord hemorrhage, or other lesions themselves. In terms of clinical symptoms, there are several aspects: 1. the loss of position, shock sensation, and fine tactile sensation below the medial plane of injury; 2. the loss of pain, warmth, and gross tactile sensation in the trunk muscles or limbs 1-2 vertebrae below the contralateral plane of injury; 3. the loss of limbs below the bilateral plane of injury is paralyzed, and the injury is so severe that full recovery is difficult. The injury is so severe that it is basically difficult to recover from all of them, and all of them will form the sequelae of the existing symptoms. 4, especially high spinal cord hemi-transverse injury, there is a possibility of respiratory arrest or even death.
