Generally speaking, pulmonary alveoli will not cause small lymph nodes in the mediastinum, only secondary inflammatory lesions, such as pneumonia, tuberculosis and so on, will cause small lymph nodes, and the treatment modes are different for different causes.
1. Pulmonary alveolus: the main treatment is surgical treatment, there is no symptomatic drug. Generally, asymptomatic pulmonary alveoli do not need treatment. If ruptured alveoli cause pneumothorax or large alveoli cause dyspnea, surgical treatment, such as alveolar resection, is needed.
2. Pneumonia: small lymph nodes in the mediastinum can only be caused when the alveoli are secondary to pneumonia. When the symptoms of the alveoli are not serious, only pneumonia needs to be treated. Pneumonia is mostly caused by bacterial, viral, and other pathogens, so it is necessary to clarify the cause of the disease after examination, and to treat the disease with anti-infective treatment, such as using penicillin and acyclovir.
3. Tuberculosis: alveoli secondary to tuberculosis will cause small lymph nodes in the mediastinum, the treatment of tuberculosis is mainly taking anti-tuberculosis drugs, such as isoniazid, rifampicin and so on.
In this case, it is recommended to be admitted to the hospital in time for treatment, and not to use drugs blindly on your own to prevent delaying the condition.
