1. Physiological factors: patients stay up late for a long time will lead to metabolic disorders in the body, the skin cells of melanin metabolism ability to decline, thus leading to the symptoms of pigmentation.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) pigmented urticaria: due to the excessive increase of mast cells, degranulation releases a large number of mediators, which produces an allergic reaction leading to damage to the patient’s skin with the appearance of multiple scattered, light brown patches or plaques, which will lead to the patient’s symptoms of pigmentation.
(2) Acanthosis nigricans: If patients take drugs such as hexestrol or birth control pills, it will stimulate the tyrosinase growth factor receptor channels in the epidermis, leading to tyrosinase synthesis disorders and causing patients to develop pigmentation symptoms.
If the patient has symptoms of pigmentation, it is recommended to go to a professional hospital in time, and actively cooperate with the doctor for treatment.
