For submucosal fibroids, hysteroscopic surgery is required to remove the fibroids. The steps of the surgery are as follows: 1. The patient is placed in the bladder amputation position, the vulva and vagina are routinely disinfected, the cervix is clamped with a cervical forceps, and the depth of the uterine cavity is explored with a probe. 2. The cervical opening is dilated with the application of a dilation rod, from dilation rod No. 4 to No. 11, so that the hysteroscopic instruments can enter the uterine cavity through the cervix. 3. Afterwards, the uterine cavity is examined, the site of the fibroid is identified, and the fibroid is removed with the application of an electrosurgical ring. During the operation, care should be taken to avoid perforation of the uterus. After the fibroids are removed, the operation is completed and the patient returns to the ward after awakening from anesthesia.
