If the lung nodules are small, such as <6mm, you can observe the nodules clinically and review the chest CT after 6 months. if the nodules are between 6mm-10mm, you can review the chest CT once in 3 months, if there is no tendency to grow, you can observe the nodules clinically and review the chest CT after 1 year. if there is a tendency to grow, you need to be hospitalized. If the lung nodule is more than 1cm, you should go to the hospital to further improve the examination of tuberculosis and tumor, and if necessary, you can consider nodule puncture, and if the lung tumor cannot be excluded, surgical thoracoscopic surgery to remove the lung nodule is feasible.
