Adrenal nodules are more common clinically, but patients are usually asymptomatic, so fewer patients come forward for consultation. There are usually two ways to detect adrenal nodules: 1) perform a lung CT scan, and see adrenal nodules on the CT scan to the adrenal glands. 2) perform relevant tests in patients with hypertension and find adrenal nodules in the adrenal glands. There are five common diseases of adrenal nodules, namely non-functioning adenoma, cortisolism, primary aldosteronism, as well as pheochromocytoma and adrenocortical carcinoma, and only particularly large tumors will show symptoms of back pain.
