Inability to eat and drink in the advanced stage of pancreatic cancer, the survival period of patients is related to many factors, such as the condition, mental state, supportive treatment situation and nursing care. Cardia cancer belongs to a kind of gastric cancer, and the clinical symptom can be manifested as the feeling of obstruction in eating. In the early stage of the disease, choking may occur when eating solid food, and if not treated timely, it may develop into choking when drinking water. In the late stage of cardia cancer, there are mostly local invasions, such as liver, diaphragm, neighboring organs, etc., or distant hematogenous metastases, such as liver and lung metastases, etc. If multiple metastases have already occurred, it is usually not possible to treat them. If multiple metastases have occurred, the general prognosis is poor, and the survival period is about 2-6 months. Patients are advised not to smoke, not to abuse alcohol, to refuse barbecue food, not to eat too hot and hard, moldy and pickled food in their daily life, and to establish healthy dietary habits, which can actively prevent the occurrence of pancreatic cancer.
