What is a quality protein diet

A high quality protein diet means that the day should consist of high quality protein, accounting for more than 1/3 to 2/3 of all protein intake throughout the day. The main sources of high quality protein are the following food groups: 1. eggs, such as eggs, duck eggs, quail eggs; 2. dairy, such as milk, goat milk, yogurt, plain milk; 3. fish, such as salmon, tilapia, carp; 4. another important source of high quality protein is the meat that is often eaten, such as beef, chicken, lamb, pork. A diet consisting of foods from these high-quality protein sources is known as a high-quality protein diet.
