The precautions after arthroscopic surgery are as follows: 1. If the knee meniscus is sutured, it takes 6-8 weeks to heal; 2. If the knee ligaments are reconstructed, the patient needs to be fixed with braces, and on the second day after surgery, the patient needs to do knee flexion and extension exercises with the help of CPM sports rehabilitation device, and the knee joint is prohibited from weight bearing for 6 weeks; 3. If the shoulder joint is dislocated, the forearm needs to be suspended and braked and fixed for 6 weeks, and only after the ligaments heal can the patient rehabilitate and exercise; 4.
