Babies can usually have proper fruit purees after 6 months of age to replenish the organism with nutrients. Breastmilk contains sufficient energy and nutrients to provide your child with the right and reasonable amount of protein, fat, lactose, vitamins, iron and other minerals, enzymes and water, and these nutrients are more easily digested and absorbed in breastmilk. Breast milk can provide all the nutrients needed for children under 6 months of age and half of the nutrients needed for children between 6 and 12 months of age, so you can start adding pureed foods such as fruit puree to your baby at 6 months of age to replenish the organism with nutrients. It is recommended to observe your baby when adding pureed fruit to prevent allergic symptoms and health effects.
