Belching and excessive farts are not stomach cancer, but may be related to the patient’s gastrointestinal dysfunction. Belching and farting is just a symptom that patients may show burping or more exhaust, which does not indicate gastric cancer. Belching and farts are mostly seen in gastrointestinal diseases or patients with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, which can also show the symptoms of belching and farts. Patients with gastritis or gastric ulcer can also have the symptoms of belching and farts.
