If there are white flesh-like redundant organisms at the vaginal opening, clinically most of them are due to the hymenal scar formed after the hymenal laceration, which is relatively white in color, but definitely not pure white. The final clinical diagnosis is based on pathology. The majority of hymenal scars are pinkish-white and do not cause pain when touched by hand, nor do they cause discomfort at the vaginal opening, nor are they accompanied by increased vaginal discharge, mainly caused during childbirth. Most of them do not require any special treatment, as long as the vulva is kept clean and hygiene during sex and menstruation is observed to avoid pathogenic infection.
