Recurrent rashes in babies are a headache for parents of affected children. For eczema in babies, it is very important in the usual care process. Triggering factors need to be avoided, avoiding irritation, such as excessive bathing of the affected child, hard rubbing, and the use of soap to bathe the affected child, all of which are triggers that aggravate eczema. For baby’s eczema, topical topical glucocorticoids with emollient moisturizers is the first line of treatment. Treating baby eczema with emollients is the key. Whether the child is in an eczema flare-up or in remission, the reasonable application of moisturizers can enhance the skin barrier function and relieve the baby’s dry skin, thus reducing eczema flare-ups and the application of other medications. The application of moisturizing emollients needs to be emphasized here. Even if the medication is discontinued during the remission period, moisturizers must be used consistently. The choice of moisturizer should also be made carefully and not blindly, choosing a safe and effective moisturizer.
