Itching all over the body from bee stings should be removed as much as possible and washed locally with soap and water. Itching all over the body is considered an allergic reaction, and the toxins on the bee stings can cause an allergic reaction all over the body. If the allergic reaction is mild, hormonal anti-allergy treatment should be given and the patient’s condition should be closely monitored. If the condition is severe, even anaphylactic shock may occur, active anti-shock treatment is required. Anti-shock treatment requires massive rehydration to maintain stable blood pressure, anti-allergic treatment with hormones and epinephrine, as well as other vasoactive drugs to maintain stable blood pressure and keep the airway open. If the patient develops laryngeal edema due to allergy, a prompt tracheotomy should be performed.
