Mouth twitching all the time, may be physiological factors, may also be caused by facial muscle spasm, convulsions, epilepsy and other reasons.

2. Pathological factors
(1) Facial muscle spasm: this disease may be caused by mechanical stimulation, facial nerve compression or poor recovery from facial nerve paralysis. The symptoms of twitching of the mouth may appear all the time, especially in the case of mental overstress, overfatigue, etc., the symptoms are obviously aggravated.
(2) Tic Disorder: also known as Tourette’s – Obscene Language Syndrome, is a neuropsychiatric disorder originating in childhood or adolescence, with the main clinical manifestations of chronic, fluctuating, multiple motor muscle rapid twitching, accompanied by involuntary vocalization and speech disorders, when adolescents or children appear to have twitching of the corners of the mouth all the time, which may be caused by tic disorders.
(3) Epilepsy: Partial epileptic seizures can start with convulsions in the mouth and gradually involve other parts of the body. It is characterized by transient, stereotyped and recurrent seizures.
