What fruits to eat during your period

As menstruation is the period, it is okay to eat most common fruits during menstruation. Theoretically, there are no special contraindications or requirements for fruits to be eaten during menstruation, and it is sufficient to be more or less the same as the patient’s usual habits. Common fruits such as apples, bananas, grapes, oranges, mangoes, cherry tomatoes, strawberries and so on are all OK. Menstruating women should be careful not to eat too much at one time, as well as try not to eat ice-cold fruits, so as not to cause diarrhea or other physical discomfort.
