There is no obvious change on X-ray in the early stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and thickening of lung texture and other typical symptoms may appear in the late stage. Thickening of lung texture: it shows that the distribution of lung texture is disturbed, twisted and with rough edges. Typical X-ray signs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are over-inflation of the lungs, increase in lung volume, growth of anterior and posterior thoracic cavity diameters, flattening of the ribcage, increase in the translucency of the lung field, low position of the diaphragm, and narrow cardiac overhang. The pulmonary portal vascular texture was stumpy, and the peripheral vascular texture in the lung field was thin and sparse, and sometimes the formation of pulmonary blisters could be seen. In the case of pulmonary arterial hypertension and pulmonary heart disease, in addition to the enlargement of the right heart, it can also be seen that the cones of the pulmonary artery are enlarged, the pulmonary hilar angiogram is enlarged, and the right lower pulmonary artery is widened, and so on. At present, the diagnostic value of X-ray is not high for the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Clinical diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease generally requires relevant medical history, such as long-term smoking, special occupation, etc., and clinical symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, pulmonary function test suggests persistent airflow limitation, and at the same time, exclude other possible causes of the disease before the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
