Spinal fracture treatment is as follows: 1. Conservative treatment: the fracture does not exceed 1/5 of the vertebral body, no neurological symptoms and inoperable people take conservative treatment. Absolute bed rest so that the fracture will not be aggravated, and traction, plaster or chest immobilization can be given if possible; 2. Surgical treatment: severe fracture, combined spinal cord injury, and neurological symptoms require surgical intervention, and for those with combined spinal cord injury, surgery will be performed to relieve the nerve compression; 3. Minimally invasive treatment: e.g., percutaneous puncture, injecting cement into vertebral body through the cervical arch root, or restoring the vertebral body height in balloon way to alleviate the pain.
