What’s a dakhina?

Dahina is the trade name and generic name of Nilotinib Capsules, which is a medication for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia.
Nilotinib Capsules is primarily used to treat adult patients with chronic phase of chronic myeloid leukemia who are newly diagnosed as Philadelphia chromosome-positive; it may also be used in adult patients with chronic or accelerated phase of chronic myeloid leukemia who are intolerant of prior therapy or who are resistant to drug-resistant Philadelphia chromosome-positive leukemia; and in the treatment of children with chronic myeloid leukemia who are at least 2 years of age.
The most commonly reported adverse reactions to this drug are headache, rash, pruritus, fatigue, nausea, hair loss, epigastric pain, and muscle pain, with most adverse reactions being mild or moderate.
In addition, this medication is not recommended for the treatment of patients younger than 18 years of age and should be avoided by women who are breastfeeding and pregnant. The drug should also be contraindicated in patients with hypomagnesemia, long QT syndrome, and hypokalemia.
The drug should be taken under the guidance of a doctor and should not be used blindly, and if there is any discomfort, it should be promptly consulted for treatment.
