Sequelae of acromioclavicular dislocation

Shoulder clavicle dislocation may cause pain, habitual dislocation, activity limitation and other sequelae, but not necessarily sequelae, active treatment, generally good prognosis.
1. Pain: Inflammation around the shoulder joint caused by dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint may lead to pain, which is very likely to occur in patients with dislocation of the shoulder joint.
2. Habitual dislocation: if the shoulder dislocation is not treated in time or the external fixation is removed too early during the treatment period, the shoulder joint will be easily dislocated again once it is impacted or pulled or twisted, and habitual dislocation will be formed in a long time.
3. Activity limitation: after shoulder joint dislocation, it will lead to the reduction of the activity ratio of the upper limbs, and there will be a feeling of weakness of the upper limbs during the activity, which may also affect the activity range of the upper limbs, and thus there will be the situation of activity limitation.
If the patient has the above sequelae, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for a new detailed examination of the acromioclavicular joint. Patients with more severe symptoms should be treated under doctor’s advice.
