The Sanyinjiao point has the efficacy and effect of activating Blood and regulating menstruation (regulating menstruation by activating Blood), benefiting Qi and strengthening the Spleen (regulating the Qi of the Spleen and Stomach), and tonifying the Liver and Kidneys. Sanyinjiao point, located on the inner side of the lower leg, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle, at the posterior margin of the medial edge of the tibia.
