The survival time of HER2-positive breast cancer patients needs to be combined with the specific pathological stage. For early diagnosed breast cancer, the survival rate of 5 years can be more than 80% after timely surgery, and some patients can even survive for more than 20 years, especially for HER2-positive patients combined with estrogen and progesterone receptor positive patients. After surgery, adjuvant treatment options need to be selected based on detailed pathological staging and lymph node metastasis. For patients with breast cancer, systemic intravenous chemotherapy is the most common treatment after surgery, along with endocrine therapy, which is a long-term chronic process including oral triamcinolone or aromatase inhibitors. During the postoperative recovery period, it should also be reviewed regularly, and the survival of HER2-positive patients is more satisfactory.
