Drinking white wine can lead to an increase in blood uric acid, and gout itself is caused by hyperuricemia, so drinking white wine can make the condition recur. Gout patients must usually pay attention not to drink white wine, not to mention beer and red wine. Gout is a metabolic disease that is directly related to hyperuricemia, mostly related to diet and genetics. The current study shows that genetic factors play a very large role in which the uric acid excretion disorder dominates. The treatment of gout is, firstly, to control the mouth and, secondly, to actively carry out uric acid-lowering treatment. Once a gout stone appears, the uric acid needs to be lowered to below 300umol/L, and if necessary, surgical removal can be performed. Gout patients must strictly abstain from alcohol and cannot eat high purine foods such as seafood and animal offal.
