What to do if your child has boogers in his nostrils

There are four points to deal with boogers in children’s nostrils: First, do not dig boogers, if children have boogers in their nasal cavity, the more outward boogers can be pressed against the opposite side of the nose, and then the boogers will be shocked out by blowing the nose. If the boogers in the nasal cavity are very dry, you can appropriately drop some warm water to soften the boogers and then they can be discharged with normal breathing. Second, give life care, drink more water, pay attention to the wetting of the indoor environment where the child lives, you can turn on the humidifier and learn to wash the nose with water, this method is applicable to children over three years old. If you have allergic rhinitis or sinusitis, you should give hormonal medication or saline to rinse the nasal cavity accordingly. Fourth, look to see if the child has symptoms of acute respiratory infection such as fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, because some children’s nasal stools are actually one of the clinical symptoms of the acute respiratory infection period.
