How to treat kras mutation lung cancer in early stage

Surgery is the first choice for early treatment of kras mutation lung cancer, followed by targeted therapy and immunotherapy. Currently, new drugs such as TKI and immune checkpoint inhibitors have changed the treatment strategy and improved the prognosis of patients. 1. Surgery: it includes two kinds of surgeries: laparoscopic surgery and open-heart surgery. Early removal of cancerous tumor through surgery can greatly improve the survival rate of patients, and usually laparoscopic surgery has fewer wounds and quicker recovery time. 2. Targeted therapy: serine/threonine kinase inhibitors such as everolimus, anti-angiogenic drugs such as apatinib, multikinase inhibitors such as sorafenib. 3. Immunotherapy: PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, which are able to restore anti-tumor immunity and have shown efficacy in a wide range of tumor types (squamous, adenocarcinomas), such as pembrolizumab, atezolizumab, and ibritumomab. All of the above drugs are clinically used for the treatment of lung cancer and are not recommended to be purchased and taken by patients on their own, patients are advised to use them under the guidance of professional doctors.
