Should we do lymphatic drainage for breast cancer microinvasion?

Microinvasive breast cancer usually does not require lymphatic dissection. Microinvasive breast cancer belongs to the early stage, only on the basis of carcinoma in situ, one or more infiltrating foci appear in the interstitium of the patient’s breast, and the scope of the foci is kept within 1mm, without lymph node metastasis, radical surgery can be performed, and there is no need for lymph node dissection, breast-conserving surgery is usually carried out, and postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy is required, and according to the pathological results of adjuvant chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, and so on. After surgery, adjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and targeted therapy are needed according to the pathological results. Clinical breast cancer micro-infiltration treatment instrument is mainly localized surgical resection, and the survival cycle of patients after surgery can reach more than 90%, only some patients have recurrence and metastasis risk, and then they need short-term chemotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy.
