  1, should try to develop regular bowel habits, preferably in 30 minutes after breakfast.  2, abdominal massage: before defecation can massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction, because clockwise massage in line with the human physiological structure (ascending colon – transverse colon – descending colon – sigmoid colon – rectum).  3, drink more water: such as heart and kidney function is normal, whether or not thirsty, at least 8 glasses of water a day or so. You can also drink some warm water before defecation to stimulate the gastric-colonic reflex.  4.Increase food containing more fiber, such as coarse grains, fruits, vegetables, etc.  5. Active and passive exercise can be done to help improve bowel movement if the condition allows.
