Water in the vagina is clinically known as vaginal drainage. The phenomenon of vaginal drainage is commonly due to the following causes: 1. Cancer of the fallopian tubes. The discharge of vaginal fluid is often caused by cancer of the fallopian tubes, and the discharge does not have any odor. 2. Cancer of the endometrium causes vaginal fluid discharge, which is often plasma in nature and can lead to foul-smelling discharge when combined with infection. 3. This is often accompanied by a foul odor in clinical practice. Therefore, ultrasound examination, gynecological examination and cervical cancer screening are recommended.
