Nimodipine tablets can cause adverse reactions such as headache, tachycardia, low blood pressure, vasodilation, and nausea. Nimodipine tablets are contraindicated in people who are allergic to them. It is forbidden to combine Nimodipine with rifampicin, antiepileptic drugs phenobarbital, phenytoin sodium and other drugs.
