Nose bleeding in pregnant women may be caused by physiological reasons such as blowing the nose too hard, or it may be caused by pathologic reasons such as inflammation, deviated septum, blood system diseases, and so on.
1. Physiological causes: Nose bleeding may be caused by damage to the blood vessels of the mucous membrane due to nose picking or forceful nose blowing.
2. Pathologic causes:
① Inflammation: it may be due to various nasal or sinus inflammation leading to damage to the capillaries of the nasal mucosa causing bleeding, but most of the bleeding is relatively small.
② deviated nasal septum: the nasal cavity on one side of the breathing by the impact of airflow, which triggered the rupture of the nasal mucosa, will lead to blood in the nose.
③ Blood system diseases: pregnant women who have blood system abnormalities, bleeding and clotting function is affected, there will also be nosebleeds.
Pregnant women with bloody noses may also be caused by other reasons. If bleeding is repeated or the amount of bleeding is relatively large, you should consult a doctor in time to find out the cause.
