The exact location of the Yinling point

The full name of the Yinling point should be Yinlingquan point, and its exact location is on the inner side of the lower leg, in the depression just below the back of the medial tibial condyle.
The Yinlingquan point is an acupoint on the foot-taiyin spleen meridian, and it should be taken in a bent-knee or supine position. Push your thumb along the inner edge of the tibia from the bottom upward. When your thumb reaches the knee joint, you can touch a depression on the medial side of the lower leg where the tibia bends upward, and that is the point.
Yinlingquan can be used clinically to treat jaundice, diarrhea, abdominal distension, edema, and dysuria (unruly urination) caused by a deficiency of the spleen that prevents it from transporting and transforming water and liquids; it can also be used to treat paralysis of the lower limbs, knee pain, and other diseases.
