What are the drugs used for arterial thrombolysis?

There are three main drugs for arterial thrombolysis, two of which are commonly used by us at present, and another newly produced drug which is not yet fully promoted in clinical practice. The first commonly used drug is urokinase, which is the earliest used drug and has the largest dosage. The second is alteplase, which is now commonly promoted and is the main product, and is now mainly used from county hospitals to municipal hospitals to provincial hospitals. The third is teneprase, a newer drug that is gradually being promoted, but it is more expensive. In addition to arterial thrombolysis, there is a better treatment method, which is more comprehensive mechanical embolization. Mechanical embolization is one of the most advanced and world class treatment options, but it is more expensive and carries increased risks.
