What’s wrong with a dull liver margin?

It is usually normal for the liver edges to be non-dull. Since the liver has its normal physiological curvature, it is quite normal for the liver margins to be non-obtuse. Dullness of the liver margins does not indicate any abnormality of the liver, and if other tests of the liver, such as a CT scan of the liver, do not show any abnormality, it may indicate that the liver is in a relatively healthy state. Dullness of the liver margins may indicate certain pathologies of the liver, such as hepatitis virus infection, fatty liver, cirrhosis, etc., which should be clarified in conjunction with further investigations, such as liver function and liver biopsy. If you want to keep your liver healthy, it is recommended that you maintain a light diet and regular exercise in your daily life, so as to develop a reasonable and healthy lifestyle. If you feel sick, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment.
