The symptoms of inguinitis are redness, swelling, heat and pain in local tissues, and in serious cases, pus can be formed, and there are some differences in clinical manifestations between acute inguinitis and chronic inguinitis. 1. Acute inguinitis: it is an inflammation of the tissues around the nails, mainly caused by various pathogenic bacterial infections, at the initial stage, the nails are locally red and swollen, and there is a tingling sensation when touched; after a few days, pus begins to develop and abscess is formed, and there is a sense of fluctuation when touched; as the condition aggravates, the lesions can also extend and spread to cause subnail abscess. 2. Chronic onychomycosis: the degree of skin redness, swelling and pain is lighter than that of acute onychomycosis, but the symptoms of some patients can be aggravated all of a sudden. Often there are also changes in nail morphology, such as bulging, grooves, discoloration, nail plate rounding and so on. If the symptoms of local tissue redness, swelling, heat, pain, pus, etc., continue without relief, need to seek medical treatment.
