Nevus generally refers to pigmented nevus, and pigmented nevus on the face is usually treated by physical therapy as well as surgical treatment.
1. Physical therapy: patients with moles on the face are recommended to take laser treatment to remove them. Laser treatment is to remove moles through the action of high-energy laser on local melanin cells, so as to achieve the purpose of removing moles. However, the premise of laser mole removal is that the mole has no tendency of malignant change. If the mole has rapid increase in size, uneven pigmentation, unclear boundary, accompanied by ulceration and other changes in a short period of time, it is not recommended to use laser treatment.
2. Surgical treatment: Surgical excision is recommended for moles with a diameter of more than 5mm or moles suspected of having the possibility of malignant transformation. However, a certain amount of scarring may remain after surgery, and if the lesion is large in scope, it needs to be removed in stages.
There are many ways to remove moles, it is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals for an interview and cooperate with doctors for standardized treatment.
