Common manifestations of lumbar disc herniation

Lumbar disc herniation is a common degenerative change of the spine. The main symptoms are: low back pain with radiating pain in the lower extremities. If there is spinal stenosis there will also be symptoms of intermittent claudication: that is, after walking for a period of time there is soreness and weakness in the lower back or both lower limbs, unable to walk, need to squat and rest for a period of time before you can walk normally, but cycling is often unaffected. There is also the numbness, soreness and swelling discomfort of the small retreat, and the lower limb strength is not working, all of which should be considered as problems of the lumbar spine in the first place. Lumbar strain is a chronic inflammatory lesion of the lumbar muscles, which is a sterile inflammation caused by strain and cold. These symptoms are sometimes similar to those of a herniated lumbar disc, but lumbar strain rarely presents symptoms in the lower extremities, and even if it does, it does not involve the lower legs, mostly in the buttocks.
