What’s wrong with yellowish-green leukorrhea without odor?

Normal leukorrhea should be a white, thin, flocculent, odorless vaginal discharge. A yellowish-green, odorless leukorrhea is considered to have the potential for vaginitis. Vaginitis can be broadly divided into three categories: bacterial vaginitis, vaginal pseudomycosis, which is commonly known as mycosis fungoides, and trichomoniasis. Pseudomonas vaginalis or mycosis vaginalis discharge is tofu slag-like, curd-like and odorless, while bacterial vaginitis is mostly thin and fishy discharge, trichomonas vaginalis is mostly purulent, fishy and thin discharge, yellowish green leucorrhea and odorless, it is possible to consider bacterial vaginitis and trichomonas vaginalis. The diagnosis can be made by going to the hospital for a routine leucorrhoea test and then making the appropriate treatment according to the type of vaginitis.
