Is a yellowish-green change in my leukorrhea a sign of vaginitis?

The yellowish-green colour of the leucorrhoea is most often associated with trichomoniasis and/or aerobic vaginitis, but not definitely vaginitis, as it can also be caused by cervicitis or pelvic inflammatory disease.
