Horn of uterus pregnancy does not have to be done openly; it can be done laparoscopically. However, horn pregnancy is a special site of ectopic pregnancy with very rich blood flow in the horn of the uterus, which makes the operation more risky and prone to uncontrollable hemorrhage. Therefore, laparoscopic surgery needs to be done with skilled laparoscopic techniques. When performing surgery for horn pregnancy, the ipsilateral fallopian tube usually needs to be removed at the same time. The ipsilateral tube can be removed to the interstitial part, and the bleeding can be stopped by first suturing the underside of the external horn pregnancy, and then cutting the bulging part on its surface to remove as much of the pregnancy tissue as possible and remove the surrounding broken horn. If there is a lot of bleeding, even if there is not much, suturing is performed to stop the bleeding.
