It is very rare for clinical hepatocellular carcinoma patients to survive for 7-8 years after oral administration of target cell drugs. When patients are diagnosed with liver cancer, they should be treated with surgery or not, and surgery is preferred when there are surgical indications. If there is no indication for surgery or after surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, target cell drug therapy and so on can be given according to the condition of the patient. If the patient is in advanced stage of liver cancer with multiple metastases, symptomatic treatment should be given as the main treatment, for example, if the patient suffers from severe pain, oral pain relieving drugs can be taken, and if necessary, intramuscular or static anesthesia can be injected. If the patient has hypoproteinemia, human albumin can be injected. If the patient’s feeding is poor, appropriate amount of rehydration can be carried out.
