Erythrocyte hemoglobin erythrocyte product is elevated.

Elevated erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and erythrocyte pressure volume may be caused by primary familial congenital erythrocytosis, true erythrocytosis, and secondary erythrocytosis.
1. Primary familial congenital erythrocytosis: mainly due to acquired mutations in erythropoietin receptor function caused by primary defects in erythroid hematopoietic progenitor cells, manifested by elevated erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and erythrocyte pressure volume.
2. True erythrocytosis: mainly due to acquired mutations in the JAK2 gene, resulting in increased proliferation of granulocytes, erythrocytes and megakaryocytes, resulting in elevated erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and erythrocyte pressure volume.
3. Secondary erythrocytosis: It may be related to hypoxia and increased erythropoietin, and is usually found in people at high altitude, patients with lung disease, smoking, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
There may be other causes, such as relative erythropoiesis, caused by dehydration, etc. It is recommended to seek medical attention to identify the cause and treat the cause under the guidance of a physician.
