Popping pimples after taking Chinese medicine to regulate acne

In clinical practice, there are indeed some patients with acne who, after applying Chinese herbal medicines orally, experience a significant worsening of their acne. Some patients may have obvious lung heat or stomach heat, and when they apply Chinese medicine to regulate the patient’s own constitution has not yet been adjusted, acne will be particularly severe for a period of time, and when the constitution is slowly adjusted, acne can slowly subside. When acne outbreaks occur for a short period of time, no adjustment is needed. After a period of time, if acne is still not effectively relieved, the patient can stop using traditional Chinese medicine or apply other therapeutic measures to match the treatment, for example, the patient can consider applying lasers or externally applied medications, or consider applying isotretinoin capsules and so on to regulate the acne.
