What’s wrong with the soreness in both arms?

Patients with soreness symptoms in both arms, commonly due to excessive muscle strain and cervical spondylosis, as follows: First, excessive muscle strain: excessive muscle strain in both upper limbs, prolonged fixed posture, elevation of both upper limbs, excessive weight bearing can lead to severe soreness symptoms in both upper limbs, accompanied by muscle weakness, which can be quickly relieved by massage and rest. Second, cervical spondylosis: Severe cervical disc herniation, cervical spinal stenosis and other diseases can compress bilateral nerve roots, causing soreness and pain in both upper limbs, and the patient will have severe muscle weakness, while skin sensation will also decrease. Through MRI, cervical disc herniation and cervical spinal canal stenosis will be detected, and the degree of nerve compression can be confirmed at the same time. Generally, after active treatment, the symptoms of bilateral upper limb soreness will be relieved quickly, but if treatment is delayed, bilateral upper limb soreness will be difficult to be relieved.
