Soreness in both arms is mainly considered to be neuropathic arm pain due to compression of the brachial plexus nerve caused by cervical spondylosis. It can also be caused by carrying heavy objects with both hands at the same time or working with both hands at the same time, resulting in a build-up of lactic acid that irritates the muscle tissue.
