Cervical spondylosis can cause soreness and weakness in the arms because cervical spondylosis may compress the nerves, and the brachial plexus nerves in the arms are mainly emitted from the cervical medulla and partly from the spinal cord in the thoracic region, so when cervical spondylosis compresses the nerves, it will naturally be accompanied by the same brachial plexus nerve involvement and produce neuropathic soreness in the arms.
